Sofia Apartments welcomes pets with the following guidelines: Maximum of 2 pets per unit. Pet Deposit of $500.00 per pet (refundable). Pet Rent of $65.00/month per pet. Breed Restrictions: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-Hybrid, or any mix thereof are not permitted.
Yes! Sofia Apartments offers reservable EV and Tesla Charging Stations for residents. These are subject to availability. Please contact our leasing office for more details on reservation and any associated fees.

To tour our apartments, a valid, government-issued photo ID is required. To apply for an apartment, we require income verification documentation. Unsatisfactory credit may require an additional deposit, and a criminal background check will be conducted.
Application Fee: $35.00 per applicant (non-refundable)
Holding Deposit: $250.00 per unit (refundable; applied toward security deposit upon approval)
Applicant Screening Charge: $60.91 (non-refundable)
Security Deposit: $600.00–1 Month Rent per unit (refundable)
Additional Security Deposit: May be required based on screening results (up to 100% of base rent)

Yes, residents are required to maintain renters liability insurance throughout their lease term. Residents may obtain a policy through a provider of their choice (Renters Liability Insurance – 3rd Party, cost varies) or may have the option to participate in a property renters liability program. Base rent covers your apartment home. The following additional monthly charges are required and are not included in base rent:
